Your oven says 375 and the cake says otherwise. Uneven baking, a long preheat, or an element that never glows all give us somewhere to start. We test bake and broil elements, igniters, sensors, thermostats and door hinges that no longer seal heat in. An oven that clicks and clicks without lighting usually needs a weak igniter, not a new range. Cincinnati holiday cooking has a way of exposing these problems at the worst hour. We repair all major brands independently. Call us with the model number handy, or use the quote form anytime.

We cover Cincinnati proper in 45202, 45205, 45209, and 45211, plus Fairfield, Hamilton, and Mason.
Usually one heat source is doing all the work. A failed broil element or a lazy igniter leaves the bake side struggling alone. A sensor reading high can also stop the cycle early. Testing tells us which. Call us with the model number.
Sensors are sealed probes, so they get replaced rather than repaired. The good news is the part sits at the back wall and comes out with two screws. We measure its resistance cold before deciding anything.
Treat unlit gas seriously. If you smell gas, shut the supply valve, open windows, and step outside before calling. Clicking with no smell usually means the ignition circuit is trying and failing, which is a repair, not an emergency.
Self-clean pushes cavity temperatures very high, and that heat is hard on door latches, thermal fuses, and control boards. On older ranges we suggest hand cleaning instead. Many no-heat calls arrive the day after a self-clean cycle.
Most calls get an appointment window within a day or two, and we route by neighborhood so downtown, Oakley, and Price Hill stops line up. Call us and tell us the brand and the symptom. If the freezer is thawing, say so and we will look for the earliest slot.
Call us or fill out the form. Describe the noise, the smell, the error code, the puddle. We ask about the brand and rough age so the van carries likely parts.
Our technician tests the machine instead of guessing. Water lines, heating elements, drain pumps, control boards. Then we explain what failed, in plain words, before any wrench turns.
Common parts ride with us, so many repairs finish that visit. Special-order parts get scheduled promptly. We run the cycle with you watching, then haul off the old part and packaging.
Ask these of anyone you let into your home — us included. Call and we'll answer all five before you book anything.
Describe the fault, approve the written quote, get it fixed. Starting takes about a minute.
